Tom Gregory was born in Watertown, New York, on February 6, 1946, to the late Rowland and Rosemary Gregory. His life was marked by unwavering devotion, profound affection, and unwavering responsibility to his family, community, and nation.

Tom, who has always been a member of the United Methodist Church, exhibited his unwavering devotion to his faith through seeking solace, guidance, and a sense of belonging within the congregation.
