Jim Harper Obituary, Death – Jim Harper of Clackmannan, 53 years old, peacefully left this world on Monday, March 25th, 2024. Our hearts are heavy with the news. Many people’s lives were affected by Jim he was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. Jim is survived by his devoted family, who were his everything. He had several loving relationships: as Lesley’s husband, Jamie’s father, and Margaret and Brian’s son. Jim was a loving brother-in-law to Heather, Lizzie, and Laura, as well as a kind brother to Alan and the late Peter. Isobal and Jimmy treasured him as their son-in-law, and Cally, Brian, Amy, and Cameron all loved him as an uncle. Amiyah, Harli, and Harper were among Jim’s great-nieces and great-nephews who were blessed with his joy.

Memorial Service

Please wear something embellished with maroon colors, as it represents Jim’s lively attitude and personality. This is in honor of his wishes. Alloa Town Hall will host a memorial service for Jim on Friday, April 12, 2024, at 10:30 am. After the funeral, a funeral procession will go to Clackmannan Cemetery to lay Jim to rest. Everyone who cares about Jim’s life and work is warmly invited to come and celebrate with us.

Donations for Good Causes

Funeral donations may be made in Jim’s honor to the Oncology Department at Forth Valley Royal Hospital and Macmillan Cancer Support, two organizations that were very important to him. The family respectfully requests that flowers not be sent in his memory. In memory of Jim, whose generosity and compassion will live on in the lives of cancer patients, your gifts will go a long way.
